Parcel 3 has never arrived from a purchase paid in full on 15th Jan.
no means of contact, emails take forever to answer and then don’t actually address my problem. I have part of a fire and no surround. Then you send me an email asking how you rate them !! Another message that will no doubt ignore .’

Never recieved order, nor refund.
Ordered a £280 wall mounted fire for it never to turn up. I emailed and they said to wait 72 hours while they contacted the delivery company. I emailed again days later asking for an update and they said they were sending out a replacement. I advised them I no longer wish for the order but for a refund. They replied advising me I would receive my refund within 7 days and to 'note the refund notification' - there was no refund notification and still awaiting my refund nearly a fortnight later. Luckily enough after reading a couple of worrying reviews on here I then placed my order through PayPal and so have raised a case with them - hopefully they can get my money back from this joke of a 'business'. I don't recommend anyone else take the gamble like I did.

Would have been 5 stars but initial tracking info was poor ,however once I contacted I received quick reply with tracking info and all in timeframe indicated.great product and friendly delivery driver

Really polite delivery guy, I was sent a time and date slot for my delivery and they kept to it. My rocking chair is definitely worth every penny, from the beautiful fabric to the ease of putting the legs on. I'm already looking for other items to purchase

Table and chairs
1st table top damaged. Requested replacement. Took 3 financial offers before it was replaced. New box had no suction cups in kit so had to source myself.
Over 3 weeks to get a table we can use that wasnt damaged.
Not the best buying experience.

The item a garden patio heater arrived…
The item a garden patio heater arrived well packed and was not to difficult to assemble. Unfortunately the instructions supplied are not up to date. They said use a 15kg gas canister and it requires a AAA battery fitting. After many emails I managed to sort it out. The recommended gas canister is 10kg and it doesn’t need a battery. The replies to my emails were all polite and they were obviously trying to help but I got the feeling that I was writing to a non English person with a limited ability to understand what I was saying. Having said that the heater is extraordinarily good value for money and they we’re trying to help.

Faulty product that customer service unlawfully won’t refund/let you return
I bought the product called “Modern Twin Bunk Bed House Shape Double Tiers Bed Frame For Kids”from LivingandHome.
The bed came with several faults and defects, both structural and cosmetic, and overall of very poor quality. Two assembly specialists I hired to assemble the bed gave up suggesting I would return and ask for a refund as the bed would be unsafe and Impossible to put together.
What is worse than the poor quality of the bed is the customer service. I have been trying to return and have a refund for almost 2 months now, customer service acknowledged the faults, but keep trying to force me to accept a replacement ignoring completely my consumer right to return and have a refund. I think I asked 20 times so far.. it feels fraudulent.. so unprofessional and such a frustrating, money and time consuming experience for a customer.
